How long does it take for buyers to receive their merchandise?
On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-8 days for domestic and 1-4 weeks for international).
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer. We may charge you taxes, but how the taxes get calculated depends on the customers loacation. All products prices listed in our store are USD.
What is your replacement / return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. It is not within our normal policy to refund orders or items. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Stuff does happen so please contact me if any problems with your order. Nothing is written in stone.
How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
To make it easy on our customers, we offer flat rate shipping for both economy and international orders.
For economy shipping we use UPS Surepost/UPS mail innovations if shipping domestically and international orders will ship via UPS/UPS mail innovations. Both UPS SurePost and Mail innovations are handled by UPS and delivered by the postal service.
Does IfDadCantFixIt.Com ship to all countries?
We ship worldwide but full tracking is only provided for these countries:
Canada, Great Britain Germany France Japan Italy Spain Australia New Zealand Brazil Hong Kong Singapore Austria Belgium Denmark Finland Netherlands Norway Poland Sweden Switzerland Greece Ireland Israel Portugal Croatia Estonia Gibraltar Hungary Latvia Lithuania Luxembourg Malaysia Malta
Any countries that are not listed above, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the international carrier. For these countries we do not receive additional tracking updates, therefore we are not liable once they have been given to the international carrier.
We do not ship to the following:
Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, and Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
IMPORTANT: Kanji, Foreign Characters, Accents, and other special characters cannot be used for shipping addresses.
Are the packaging materials recyclable?
The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, biodegradable, 100% virgin polyethylene film, FDA and USDA compliant.
Are your products eco-friendly?
All our shipping products are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
What if my customer entered the wrong address?
Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility.
In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address.
If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 30 days you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.
What happens if a package isn’t delivered to my customer, but the tracking states that it did?
In this case, although unusual, we would not take responsibility. A new order would have to be placed.
What if the product is lost in the mail?

If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will reprint it and resend it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, If Dad Cant Fix It would unfortunately not take responsibility.
